This Privacy Policy explains how Miko Labs Inc. (“Miko Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website (mikolabs.ai). It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by the separate agreement signed with each client.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through the briefing request form: your name, work email, company, role, and — if you provide them — company size, industry, and the message describing the work you'd like to discuss.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We measure aggregate site usage (such as page views and how far visitors read) with Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that stores no personal identifiers and does no cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising pixels of any kind.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, and schedule and conduct a briefing. We use technical logs to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with the vendors that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes:

• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Resend — delivery of the briefing request email to our inbox.
• Plausible — cookieless, aggregate-only site analytics.
• Scheduling and email tools we use to follow up with you (for example, to book a call).

Some visual elements on the site load from third-party content delivery networks; those providers may receive your IP address as a necessary part of serving the asset.

Retention

We keep briefing inquiries for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential relationship, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, email contact@mikolabs.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to those who need it.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above.
